We have a team of experienced trainers onsite to help you through every stage of your CrossFit training. Our coaches are all a minimum of CrossFit L1, holding qualifications in personal training, fitness, weightlifting, gymnastics and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will motivate and train you to get in the greatest shape of your life!
Owner / Head Coach
Brock is the owner / head coach of CrossFit Broken Hill He has 4 years experience training the CrossFit methodology. He brings a lot of enthusiasm as a CrossFit Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach to the box plus Brock holds CrossFit Weight Lifting and CrossFit Gymnastics & CrossFit KIDS trainer qualifications. Brock believes that CrossFit is a state of mind, a lifestyle and encourages members to tune in to their own goals in order to achieve success.
Anyone interested in their health, fitness and overall life ability, I can unreservedly recommend CrossFit Broken Hill. I have been playing around with CrossFit for 6 years, since joining CFBH my knowledge has increased tenfold, this is primarily due to Brocks (Coach) passion, knowledge, intelligent programing and the reinforcement of good movement mechanics conducted in a safe manner.
If you understand that your fitness and self-care directly relate to your survivability in certain circumstances you will be less inclined to compromise on your training. If you are in the business of putting your body on the line in your work life, then you will appreciate the intensity of the WODs at CFBH.
Also of major importance is the attitude of other members, I found them to be very inspiring people with their egos in check and very supportive, always celebrating others success. I have found this key to personal and training environment growth. The Purity of intent and comradery makes for a very fertile training ground and it is no surprise that a lot of the members are in the business of helping others in their professional lives.

I have been training at CrossFit Broken Hill for over 12 months now. From the first moment i walked into CrossFit Broken Hill, I felt comfortable and welcomed not only by the coaches but the community.
I had been lifting weights for years before starting CrossFit at CrossFit Broken Hill and never really felt the need to do CrossFit, i thought it looked a bit silly and possibly dangerous, but the more I looked into CrossFit the more curious i became, so i bit the bullet and decided to give it a go ( in my mind to clarify that it was not my thing ). But………. Low and behold i was hooked from the first session !
The Coaches are all very attentive coaches who listen but also push you to do your very best, I have old arthritic knees and nearly all workouts and movements are modified. There is always time and attention for each and every person who is training to adjust the movements to each individuals level.
CrossFit has definitely changed the way i look at training and my body. all my goals have changed to becoming more flexible, stronger, fitter, healthier and move more functional rather than just losing weight.Brontie Hendry
